A couple months ago, one of my regular fans from Kikuya and Spaghettini, Kathy Goodrich, referred me to one of the committee members of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Pasadena who put on an annual concert each fall at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. The concert has been a long-running local favorite hosted by saxophonist Kirk Whalum for the past ten years. Carolyn Axel, Kathy's friend, is one of the board members for the Clubs in Pasadena and awhile back I got a frantic call from MORE 2. MARIENTHAL GIG IN GERMANY WAS COOL I went on tour with Eric as the last part of the summer of my busiest
summer ever was about to wind to a close. We started out in Dusseldorf,
Germany for a gig put on by WaveMusic.de....some ex-LA folks starting to
publicize the smooth jazz format overseas.
3. ROLAND USERS GROUP MAGAZINE FEATURE Some of the guys over at Roland Corp USA which is based here in the LA area have been coming out to my gigs for awhile and its been pretty cool hanging out with them. Awhile back, I got a call from Erik Hansen from Roland about doing a feature article on me in their coolest of magazines. MORE 4.. PLANETMULLINS AND IRADESIGNS TEAM UP
